General
- Booking amounts/advances are typically non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Any eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30–45 business days.
- Bank/payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Project/Regulatory Issues
- If a booking cannot be honored due to project/regulatory reasons, we will communicate available options.
- Any refund timelines/amounts will follow the relevant agreement or a specific written communication.
How to Request
- Write to contact@adcityprojects.com with your payment reference and ID proof.
- We may request additional KYC for processing.
